Who is responsible

Scholar Center Ltd is responsible for the enquiry information you give us through this website. For a question or privacy request, email hello@scholarcenter.co.uk.

Information we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, whether you live in the UK, the study route you are considering and your main question. Qualification and preferred start period are optional. We also record the time, a reference number and your acknowledgement of this notice.

Please do not send passport numbers, bank details, medical information or original documents through this form.

Why we use it

We use your information to understand your request, contact you about it and organise the guidance you ask for. Where you ask about a service before entering an agreement, this helps us take those steps at your request.

We use limited technical records for our legitimate interest in preventing misuse and keeping the enquiry service secure. We do not add you to marketing lists through this form.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in our UK hosted Supabase database and made available to authorised office administrators. Pending enquiries are transferred into our office CRM when an authorised administrator opens the connected office system. We do not sell your enquiry information or automatically send it to an institution.

The website hosting provider, ChatGPT Sites, and the database provider, Supabase, process information needed to deliver and secure their services. Technical hosting or support processing may take place internationally. Contact us if you need further information about the providers used for your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We review enquiries that have not progressed for deletion after 12 months. If you ask us to help with an application or another service, we will explain any additional information and record keeping involved.

The form uses protected hashes of network and email details to limit repeated submissions. These are excluded from active rate checks after 24 hours and older entries are removed during the next submission. Hosting providers may keep separate operational security logs.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access or correct your information, or request deletion or restriction where applicable. You may also have rights to object and to receive certain information in a portable format. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can ask us to stop following up on your enquiry. If you are concerned about our handling of personal information, contact us first. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
